GOAL KO TOL

Hi friends,

Hope you had a lovely Christmas. Today we will be talking about success. How graphology helps us to achieve it. I am sure you all will agree with me, that to be successful in any field, the first and foremost criterion is setting a goal. Goal levels appear to be particularly relevant in a society like ours in which the pressure of achieving it is too much and feelings of success and failure are crucial. A person’s goal is a basic component of his self-image.

Few people set their goals a little higher than they are sure of attaining. Some, due to failures in young age set unrealistically low goals for themselves throughout life. For some a history of repeated success leads to an increased goal level; the more we accomplish the higher our goals. Whereas in some, continued disappointments cause the individual either to set his goal so low that success is guaranteed, or so high that his inability to achieve them does not produce a feeling of failure.

Now once we set our goals we have to start working on our goals and also see to it that we reach the finishing line with them. All this can be analysed through Graphology.

Friends, today I invite you to send me your latest handwriting sample in 4-5 lines on my what's app or email. I will analyse it and let you know if you set your goals high, medium or low and how do you go about achieving them. No therapy will be given. Also no other criteria’s will be analysed.

The only criteria is that in the comments section below, you will have to write your name and give a thumps up, so that I can keep a track of whom all I have to reply. Do use this opportunity to see whether you really set your goals as you wish to.

My what's app No. is 9987769375

My email address is. shilpsg9@gmail.com

I will not be able to analyse your handwriting if you do not put your comment below.

Wish you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year!

Know thy employees…

Hello everyone,

How’s life? I am aware; you all must be busy preparing for the upcoming festival and New Year celebration. But I know you will surely take out some time to read this. I remember once my friend told me, that the company where he applied had asked for his handwriting sample. My friend seemed irritated; he was like, “Who asks for handwriting when everything is online?” He had applied for a job abroad. But this is exactly what International Companies do. One has to understand, a bad hire can be detrimental for the particular post, can incur high monetary cost and can also have negative impact on the company’s growth. Thus, Recruiters, HR Department and Managers are finding different ways to analyse a candidate.

Resumes, Cover letters and Interviews are important tools in assessing if the person is right for the post, but it does not reveal the personality of the candidate and here graphology plays a significant role. I remember giving a written test when I had applied for my first job. It works in two ways, knowing the candidates technical knowledge and analyzing his/ her handwriting. If a candidate has applied for a sales job and his/ her handwriting seems disconnected, do you think he will be able to increase sales? I am sure you will agree that at times some candidates look great in an interview, but they seem totally different when they come on board.

Imagine a jewelry showroom or a bank hiring an employee; let’s think of parents of toddlers hiring nannies for their children. How can they find out that the hired person is trustworthy? Can’t a single step of handwriting analysis along with other processes of selection save a lot of agony in future? In fact along with bigger companies, the SMEs should include this practice in their recruiting system. It will save them a lot of time, money and energy in getting the right candidate.

A lot of people come to me asking if only signature analysis of the candidate would help. My answer is NO. To understand a person fully, signature as well as handwriting analysis is important. So friends, even if you have a small staff, you can get positive output from them by analyzing and if needed changing the handwriting traits in them.

Sayonara till my next blog.

Finding the calm in the chaos 2

 Hi friends,

I still remember my school days. Some kids were very sincere; we called them book worms. Some very shy, I had not heard them talking at all in the class for all those years. Some were very aggressive and notorious and some a blend of all. I wonder, what must be their handwriting traits then and now? As I had said before, we were always told to have a good handwriting. But handwriting is just not restricted to mere legibility or looks; it is much more than that. A child with good handwriting can have many wrong personality traits and the one with bad handwriting might have some good traits hidden in them.

Friends, as per graphology, no handwriting is good or bad. It’s the traits in handwriting reflected out about the person, which justifies if the handwriting is really good or improvement in it is needed. Every stroke, letters, size, pressure, margin, baseline, slant, zones and spaces between letters, words and lines are analysed to reveal about personality. Children copy their parents or a teacher with good handwriting or else as they grow they copy writing traits from a stranger. So if a child copies handwriting of the person they admire, they start losing their original personality.

I met a female few days back who had Felon’s claw in her handwriting. She said, she had seen it and liked it so much, that she incorporated it in her handwriting. It was so prominent in her writing and signature that my immediate reaction was to tell her to remove it instantaneously.

It is a backward hooking stroke that can appear both in print or script writing and in letters like A, y, g, j etc. You can notice it in anyone’s handwriting, few having it unconsciously and few acquiring it because it looks good. It often appears in the writing of those who feel they have something to hide. The ‘good’ kid isn’t so ‘good’ anymore. We will discuss Felon’s claw in details later. What I want to highlight is, as parents and teachers we try to teach the kids right alphabets. But as they grow, they learn and add their own changes in their handwriting out of their own mind or by imitating others. With this the changes in personality also start taking place.

We find kids lacking in concentration, confidence and communication skills as they are unable to express themselves or lack interest on a daily basis. Rebellious nature is also observed in some kids. Whatever their personality, it can be identified and wrong traits corrected. The only action, you as a parent have to take is to get your child’s handwriting analysed by a graphologist.

Felon's claw is shown here. See you till my next post.

Finding the calm in the chaos...

Hi friends,

Let us talk today about the generation next, the young brigade. I had read this analogy in a what's app group and I remember we friends even had a discussion on it. It said that kids are like dogs, loyal and affectionate, but teenagers are like cats. It’s so easy to be a dog owner. I know it as I have one. You feed it, train it and boss it around. Yet it will put its head on your lap and gaze at you as if you are the world. Whenever you call, it will run to you with enthusiasm.

Then around 13, this adoring puppy turns into a cat. When you tell it to come inside, it looks amazed, as if wondering who made you the boss. Instead of following your every step, it just disappears. Whenever you reach out to ruffle its head, it twists away from you giving a blank stare. You not realizing that the dog is now a cat, think something must be desperately wrong. It seems so antisocial, so distant. It won’t go on family outings with you. Since you are the one who raised it, seeing its changed behavior you assume that you did something wrong. Flooded with guilt you redouble your efforts to make it behave, but everything just backfires. Isn’t it sounding familiar? Adolescence is not only transition of kids, but also us as parents.

My friend asked me just two days back, as to how I handle my elder kid. My answer is, I cannot handle him but can only try to understand him. And in this process my knowledge in graphology comes handy. At the age of 14, a child’s handwriting like his/ her character and personality is changing. Thus this becomes a perfect time to begin correcting undesirable traits in him/ her.

Yesterday I witnessed, a kid had put 2 cramped stars in-between the first and the last letter of his name as signature. Friends our handwriting is our actual personality whereas our signature is our persona, how we want the world to see us? When asked, he said he wants all to see him like a star and thus the stars in his sign. Can you get this; these kids know what they want, but are confused how to go about. I had to explain him that his name was his identity and that would make him a star. A lot of people embellish their signatures, but this can only add to confusion in their world. Teenagers inner problems clearly show up in their writing. So why wait till things go out of hand. Can’t we keep a regular check on our child’s behavior through his/ her handwriting analysis?

It’s all about, finding calm in the chaos, let’s do it!

Handwriting- Imprint of the self

Dear all,

Did you ever get an opportunity to write letters to your loved ones? I am asking this because in today’s technology driven world, we ideally hold a pen only to do signatures. I remember that during our school days, we six friends together, used to write letter to our close friend staying in Ahmadabad. Each one of us used to pen down something and I am sure, our friend on the other side exactly knew who had written which part? Wasn’t there something visceral about these letters? We could see the person in the handwriting, just like they used to show in movies. No jokes. I still remember her handwriting.

Though we used to write only roll numbers on our answer sheets, our school teachers would exactly call our names, while handing the papers to us. Wasn’t it surprising? No, it was not. Our handwriting is indeed an imprint of self on a page and is very unique. Handwriting reveals hundreds of elements of a person’s nature and personality. It can include integrity, emotional responsiveness, state of mind, thinking pattern, strengths and weaknesses, hidden fears/ anger and much more. You must be wondering, how is this possible? Even I was skeptical about this in the beginning. ‘Finding everything about others just by their handwriting’, was a statement too good to be true. But when I did analysis of my own handwriting, I was amazed. I applied few things to my handwriting and am seeing the changes.

Handwriting is often referred to as “Brain writing.” Research says, each personality trait is represented by a neurological brain pattern. Each of these patterns produces unique neuromuscular movement. So while writing, these movements occur unconsciously. Each written movement or stroke reveals a specific personality trait. A graphologist or handwriting analyst identify these strokes in handwriting and describe the corresponding personality trait.

So friends, a person may look calm and composed on the outside, but once you see her/ his handwriting, you may realize she/ he is extremely complicated inside.

Would you like to explore?

The Journey Continues...

Hi Everyone,

"ONLY BY CONFRONTING YOUR DEMONS CAN YOU EVER HOPE TO CONQUER SELF."

Welcome back after a short break. Hope you had a lovely weekend. Let's continue from where we had last stopped. The story of "Valya koli to Maharishi Valmiki" is of spiritual journey. But here we are not talking only spirituality. In lay man's language, this story is synonymous to change & growth. This growth can be spiritual, entrepreneurial or simply personal growth, I being a better version of myself. In tarot we learnt that in the last 7 stages towards enlightenment, the first step is 'The Devil' card. I was like, 'Seriously?' This stage is called Consciousness of bondage. Isn't this true? Since, if we don't know that we are imprisoned, how will we ever think of coming out? Doesn't the story of Maharishi Valmiki tell us the same? It was Naradmuni, the divine sage who gave Valya koli the insight and changed his life.

Whom are you waiting for? Wake up, there is no Naradmuni coming to you to tell where you are going wrong. If you want to grow, you all will have to be your own Naradmuni. This is the first step to know your inner self. Knowing your drawbacks, weaknesses and owning up to them. Let's take a simple example. You may say, "I know my drawbacks, what's great about it? I am ill tempered, so what? A lot of people are." Great, if you know that, then you surely must have either thought of staying with it lifelong or else have found few ways to tackle it. It should be tackled, otherwise it may lead to a lot of unwanted ailments and hinder growth, professionally as well as personally. Right? But do you think that's the only problem we can have in self. Having high temper is just one of your personality trait. There is a lot inside, which one is unaware of.

Here comes my role as a Graphologist. In universal language, Graphology is Handwriting and Signature Analysis. Analysis seems to be a very scary word. No, it is not. In simple terms, graphology is the study of a person's nature, character and gives in-depth details of the personality through his/ her handwriting. And once one knows all this, grapho-therapy is given to change some unwanted traits and bring in some good ones. We will see it in the coming posts. You might be wondering, how can one's handwriting tell about self? Don't worry, you will come to know about it shortly.

So friends, what MANTRA we learnt today is KNOW IT, OWN IT AND IF NEEDED CHANGE IT!

Signing off till we meet again. Have a great week.

The Journey Begins

Querido amigos,

You must be wondering, which is this way of greeting you all. Well, this is a Spanish way of saying dear friends. You have reached my blog page, so I had to make the welcome special😊. Hi, I am Shilpa Govekar and I am here to take you along my journey- a new beginning. At present, only this much of my introduction is fine. You all will know me slowly but surely in my coming posts. Today I  remember the story which was regularly told to us in our childhood, "Valya cha Valmiki". I am sure you all know it. How a  dacoit named Valya koli became Maharshi Valmiki and scripted the Classic epic 'Ramayana'. Neither I am Valya, nor in the process of becoming a Valmiki. But you all will agree with me that we have a hint of this Valya in all of us, as well the hint of Valmiki. This blog post is a humble attempt to search that Valya in self and change him. And in this process, if possible help you to do so. Friends, I am sure you will love to walk this journey with me. Welcome to the world of pseudo science of Graphology and Tarot with me.

What is Graphology? You must be wondering. Do not bother. I will help you know what it is. At present just remember that it is something that deals with Handwriting and Signature analysis. How is it helpful to us, we will surely know in the upcoming posts. I always wanted to do Graphology, as I have seen my handwriting going the beauty to beast phase in all these years. Wanted to know why it was like that. How a person who used to get first price in handwriting during primary schooling, could manage to write so badly today. Got the answer and would like to share with you all.

Now, What is Tarot? This is a good question. When we think of this word, we immediately recollect a Gypsy woman with crystal in front of her and having a skull in one hand and a wand in other. Right? But to our utter dismay, it is nothing like that. Tarot compiles some beautiful cards to help us get a random stimulus to the questions raised by us.

How do these two things help us search Valya in us and change him, is a story need to be slowly unfolded. Till then, a lovely quote by Deepak Chopra- " There is light within each of us that can never be diminished or extinguished. It can only be obscured by forgetting who we are."

Signing off friends till my next post.
